CLIENT AGREEMENT
By engaging the services of GEORGINA MORRISON (formerly Georgina Morrison Creative and Skout Visual Co.), the Client agrees to the terms outlined within this Client Agreement. These terms become effective upon payment of a deposit, payment of an invoice, or signature of a physical agreement, whichever occurs first.
This agreement exists to ensure clarity, transparency and a shared understanding of expectations, responsibilities and deliverables for both parties.
As the Client, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with my portfolio and body of work prior to booking, ensuring my photographic style, editing approach and creative direction align with your brand. Please read this agreement carefully before engaging my services.
Payment of a deposit or invoice, or the signing of a physical agreement, constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING
All photographs, incidental user generated content on site, digital assets and associated works created by Georgina Morrison remain the intellectual property and copyright of Georgina Morrison.
While you might purchase a photography package, it does not entitle you to ownership of the photographs; all permissions remain with me. The photos must not be distributed to third parties where they stand to make financial gain (e.g. magazine or other publication) without written consent from me.
Upon payment in full, the Client is granted a Non-Exclusive General Licence to use the delivered imagery for their own marketing and promotional purposes, including websites, organic social media, EDM marketing, business profiles and public relations activities for a period of two (2) years from the date of image delivery.
The Client may not sell, sublicense, transfer, provide, distribute or otherwise permit any third party to use the imagery without the prior written consent of Georgina Morrison.
At the conclusion of the licensing period, any new commercial use, promotional campaigns, marketing activities or continued usage beyond the agreed licence term may require licence renewal and written approval.
THIRD PARTY USE
Publications, marketing businesses, or any third party companies that seek to use my photographs or digital assets in any way (without prior agreement) must obtain written permission from me (not by the Client/s).
Where necessary they must pay the appropriate usage fee (to me, not to the Client) where financial gain is made from usage. Their failure to do so breaches copyright.
ADVERTISING USAGE
Paid advertising usage is not included within standard licensing unless otherwise specified in writing. Paid advertising includes, but is not limited to:
• Meta Advertising (Facebook and Instagram)
• Google Advertising
• Pinterest Advertising
• LinkedIn Advertising
• Print Advertising
• Catalogues
• Brochures
• Paid Promotional Campaigns
• Sponsored Content
Advertising Licences are available in the following terms per gallery:
• 12-Month Advertising Licence – $550 AUD
• 24-Month Advertising Licence – $950 AUD
Advertising licences commence from the date of image delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Upon expiry of the advertising licence, the client must cease creating new advertising campaigns using the licensed imagery unless the licence has been renewed in writing.
Previously published advertising material distributed during the licence period may remain in circulation where practical, however ongoing or renewed paid advertising activity requires a current licence.
MODELS, TALENT & REPRESENTATION
Where Georgina Morrison supplies models, family members, team members, children, pets or other individuals for a campaign, paid advertising usage is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) months from the date of image delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client must disclose the intended advertising use, campaign purpose and any associated narrative, testimonial, promotional story or marketing angle prior to publication of the model(s) likeness.
Images supplied under these arrangements may not be used in connection with personal stories, testimonials, grief narratives, health claims, relationship status, family circumstances, charitable appeals, emotional fundraising campaigns or similar representations without prior written approval from Georgina Morrison and the individual(s) depicted.
Any material change to the intended campaign purpose, messaging, narrative or representation requires renewed written approval prior to publication.
Where a Client supplies their own models, staff, contractors, family members, representatives or talent, the Client is solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions, consents and model releases associated with the intended use of the imagery.
TRAVEL
STANDARD TRAVEL
Road travel fees are calculated at .88c per kilometre (as per 2025-26 ATO rates) outside a 10km radius of Hamilton VIC 3300 or a designated flat rate. The total cost will be calculated and added to your invoice. If your session has been booked when I am already in your postcode (for multiple sessions) your travel fee will be reduced to a flat fee.
INTERSTATE & INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Interstate or international travel undertaken exclusively for a Client project will be quoted separately and invoiced in addition to the photography package.
The client is financially responsible for all reasonable travel expenses associated with the project, including but not limited to:
• Flights and airfare
• Accommodation and lodging
• Ground transportation and transfers
• Vehicle hire and fuel
• Parking and tolls
• Visa and entry requirements
• Travel insurance where required
• Meals and reasonable daily amenities during travel
Travel arrangements may be booked directly by the client or arranged by Georgina Morrison and reimbursed by the client prior to travel.
Travel dates are not confirmed until all travel expenses and project deposits have been paid in full.
Georgina Morrison is not liable for delays, cancellations, additional expenses, reduced coverage or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to airline cancellations, flight delays, weather events, natural disasters, border closures, government restrictions, visa or immigration issues, civil unrest, war, terrorism, public health emergencies, transport disruptions or other force majeure events.
Where such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made to fulfil the project as agreed. The client acknowledges that international travel is subject to changing government regulations, entry requirements and travel conditions, and that project timelines may need to be adjusted accordingly. Any additional costs incurred as a result of travel disruption, rescheduling or alternative arrangements may be invoiced to the Client where applicable.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING
Rescheduled or postponed shoots (due to personal reasons or otherwise) do not incur fees for the first and second instance if you have paid your 20% deposit.
On the third instance of a reschedule, an additional 10% deposit will be required to secure your place.
If you have a photoshoot booked and want to cancel with no intention to reschedule, please notify me a minimum of one month in advance where possible otherwise administration fees may apply.
If there are any additional travel expenses covered by the client that are non-refundable (e.g. flights or accommodation) I will not provide compensation. I do not offer refunds for sessions cancelled within 10 business days that have already been paid in full, and will work with you to find an alternative date (more on Refunds + Reshoots below).
WEATHER
I am conscientious in checking weather forecasts in the fortnight leading up to our photoshoot. Showers and heat under 35 degrees is fine, but in the event that the weather is going to severely impact our session, I will get in touch with you as soon as possible to work out an alternative date. Rescheduled shoots due to weather do not incur any fees.
DELIVERY
I deliver my photography packages through an online gallery, Pixieset. I will provide you with a pin to download your images – this ensures privacy, and that you're the only one accessing your photos. All emails and image downloads from the gallery are logged with Pixieset.
All packages include Standard Delivery:
Base Package: up to 7 business days
Package One: up to 10 business days
Package Two: up to 14 business days
'ACH' Package Three: up to 3 weeks
All delivery of packages are final (please refer to REFUNDS below), I do not offer ongoing editing or adjustments.
ACCELERATED DELIVERY
Priority editing requests must be arranged prior to the photoshoot and are subject to scheduling availability. Accelerated delivery fees apply to edited gallery delivery, and do not guarantee weekend or public holiday delivery.

PAYMENT
All sessions are currently invoiced. Depending on package size, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due no less than 5 days after booking to secure your session, and full payment must be received 72 hours prior to the commencement of your session.
Payment must be received by C.O.B on your due date in order for your photoshoot to proceed.
If your bank delays transfers by 3-5 days, or your company runs on fortnightly pay cycles, you must ensure your amount is processed well in advance to avoid any delay. If there are additional costs (i.e. if you would like to purchase additional photos) these will be calculated afterwards and I will send you a secondary invoice, due 48 hours after. Access will not be granted to additional photographs until the invoice is paid in full.
ALTERATIONS
You are not permitted to edit or alter my photographs in any way, such as, use a filter, preset, or make your own adjustments through any software like Adobe Lightroom, Canva, or other apps on top of the delivered photos. Unsolicited editing of my images is strictly prohibited and in breach of copyright. Ongoing editing beyond delivery incurs additional costs starting at $280 per hour.
RAWs
I never provide RAW files to clients because they are data files, not finished images. Unlike unedited iPhone JPEGs, RAW files require specialised software and expertise to process and edit, ensuring the highest quality and artistic integrity of the final photographs. When you book in for a package, I always stipulate you will receive ‘[X amount] professionally edited, high-resolution photographs’, and at no point, do I ever express you will receive RAW image files. You are not entitled to this version of the product, so any requests for RAWs will be ignored.

Please credit me in the caption or tag each time you post, where possible.

LIVE EVENT VARIABILITY
Due to the unpredictability of a live event, you, the client, accept that there is a given amount of risk and variability involved in the final product delivered. I, Georgina Morrison, and subsidiaries or sub-contractors, acknowledge and promise that I/we will undertake our work to the best of our ability, and will never purposefully create any impediment to the quality of the work. I/we will not take responsibility for interruptions or impediments outside of our control, such as those by third-parties that interrupt my/our capacity to complete work to the best of my/our ability, or weather impediments. While I/we will do our best to capture your event, I/we cannot guarantee every shot envisioned will be taken or delivered.
EXCLUSIVITY
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Georgina Morrison and her second-shooters are to be the only professional photographer employed to capture photos for your brand on the designated day.
Failure to adhere to this or notify me of an additional professional photographer on site is a breach of this agreement, and I/we reserve the right to leave the site without completion of work, and you will forfeit your payment in its entirety.
Family members or staff can take their own iPhone/Smartphone photos and footage in a non-professional capacity, but Georgina Morrison (or subsidiaries) must be acknowledged as the only official photographer on the day.
REFUNDS + RESHOOTS
I do not offer refunds at all, or waiver invoices if you decide you are not satisfied with the photos. I respect your feedback within reason, and if the client can prove no impediment on their end (e.g. drastically changing the brief or location; far exceeding the agreed upon work when I am already on site; or allowing a third-party to disrupt the capacity of work on site) I will offer a resolution that suits both parties.
I reserve the right to reject further requests to edit my work. Any ongoing editing will incur an additional fee and is at my discretion as the photographer.
Unless there have been major technical or environmental impacts that impede the quality of our shoot, I do not offer reshoots. I do my utmost to communicate my branding and style across social media and my website, so my clients are aware of the work I produce.
In the event the client has received and downloaded their original package in its entirety, or even received an amount of deliverables far exceeding what they have paid for, all discussions and negotiations regarding the delivered package will immediately cease.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT CLAUSE
I, the Photographer, reserve the right to terminate this agreement, without refund of monies paid, in the event that the Client or any person associated with the Client engages in behaviour that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise violates the Photographer’s professional values and boundaries. This includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment (verbal, physical, or digital)
Discriminatory language or conduct
Repeated violation of agreed communication boundaries (e.g. aggressive messaging outside business hours)
Defamation or behaviour that could cause reputational harm to the Photographer or their business
Wilful misuse of intellectual property (e.g. unauthorised editing or distribution of images)
In such cases, the Photographer may withdraw from the project immediately, and the Client agrees to forfeit any fees paid to date. Final deliverables may be withheld if the agreement is terminated due to conduct in breach of this clause. Where ongoing contact is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unproductive, the Photographer reserves the right to block the Client from communication channels including email, phone, and social media platforms.
You the Client, by reading this agreement, making a payment (deposit or in full), or signing a physical copy, acknowledge you have read and accept the Terms & Conditions for Photography by Georgina Morrison.
